Do it for yourself.

Every time a new year begins, we all have that one or two things that we would like to fix about ourselves. But whether it is quitting smoking, breaking a pattern of unhealthy relationships, eating right and exercising more or deciding to get the best diet pills, you have to have the desire to change for yourself. If you are going to do it for somebody else, forget it because it won't last. It's one of the reasons why people break new year resolutions. If you want to change, you have to want it for yourself.
