Chickpeas for Headache


A cup of cooked chickpeas or garbanzos provides us 164 percent of the daily value of molybdenum. I love chick peas and have some almost every day, but I didnt know this.
Also, thanks for taking the time to contact EC for me. My widget was like that for a few days and I couldnt get an answer from them as to what was wrong. Instead they deleted me. As a result, I lost 2000 credits and my blog is considered NEW. OH well .

Cool. Garbanzos actually taste great. If that food can really stop a nagging pain, then getting rid of headaches will be very easy. Not to mention, yummy. Thanks for sharing! :)
