We all know that fish oil capsules play a big role in protecting our heart but you probably don't know that it can also boost your mood. Researchers combined their findings from 10 investigations and they found that omega3 fatty acid supplements were 30% more effective than placebo pills at lifting symptoms of depression. What they still have to determine though, is the optimum dosage and the best combination of the different types of omega3s. If you don't feel feel like taking the pills, you can also have your dose in tastier form, from fatty fish like salmon.

Here in Portugal we´re lucky we have plenty sardines and other types of fish rich in Omega3.
