Need To Lose

Lately, I have been struggling to kneel down whenever I reach something from the lowest level of my cabinet. I blame it on the extra pounds I gained during summer. I had to find a way to get rid of them and dieting isn't just cutting in. I know I should exercise more but I just don't have the time for it and most of you won't advise taking diet pills, however, I'd like to give it a try. My friend says it really worked for her and it's safe because it was recommended by her doc. Well, I think this is it.
