No More Sleepless Nights

If a cough has you tossing and turning through the night, try this easy kitchen remedy: Mix 1 teaspoon each honey and horseradish and 1/4 cup cold water. I warn you though, the taste isn't good, but the powerful spices in the mixture stimulate mucous membranes to secrete fluid, in turn flushing out the phlegm that's causing your cough. Plus, honey provides a coating that soothes your raw throat.

I use minute rub on the bottom of my feet and surprisingly, it works pretty good!

I usually get an irritating cough near the end of the night before I go to bed and it does indeed keep me awake and everyone else, so I'm going to give this a try, thanks..
