Cheddar for PMS


Suffering from PMS?  Then eat more cheddar cheese.  I have read that you can alleviate monthly irritability with this cheese because it helps lessen production of the parathyroid hormone, which has been linked to mood swings, reducing PMS symptoms by 50 percent.

I too love cheese and I never heard of that before. But nonetheless, I am glad to hear that it has positive properties!

Hi! Another great tip from you. So, it is cheddar! Maybe that is the reason why it is included in a diet program.
I remember that I was able to eat some cheddar a few days ago.Yes, I am less irritable. Hmmm... that is really something. Husbands should buy more cheddar!
