Don't Slash Calories

One of the most frustrating realities of dieting is cutting out too many calories.  This doesn't only make you feel deprived of the foods you love to eat, but when you cut calories, our metabolism thinks times are lean and it puts the breaks on fat-burning to conserve energy.  You may opt for the top fat burners, they work to help you burn more fat fast.  Another trick to keep your metabolism revved up while dieting is to eat enough calories to at least match your resting metabolic rate (what you'd burn if you stay in bed all day).
