Enjoy Better Meat

We all know that eating meat often can be bad to our health, but there's no need to give it up.  You can make your meat better by adding rosemary and other herbs to your meat.  Herbs added to meat cooked at high temperatures reduce the formation of suspected carcinogenic compounds by as much as 70 percent, experts say.

EVOO's (extra virgin olive oil) antioxidants have also been found to help fend off cancer-promoting compounds.  Marinating meat (steak and chicken) in an antioxidant-rich spice and wine has been shown to be a very effective method of reducing the "bad" compounds.
