Fatigue Fighter


Need more energy?  Try cinnamon.  The spice activates insulin receptors on cells, increasing their ability to absorb glucose and regulate blood sugar levels, which help fend off fatigue.  Sprinkle on your favorite desserts or add to coffee or hot cocoa.

I just made a cold remedy - boiled lemons, honey and cinnamon. I believe in the health benefits of cinnamon too.
