Eat Eggs!

Have an omelet and protect your vision.  Egg yolks are rich in lutein and zeaxanthin, powerful antioxidants that soak into delicate eye cells, shielding them from UV light.  According to experts, just five egg yolks weekly can slow the growth of cataracts by 77 percent, plus cut your risk of macular degeneration (the leading cause of blindness in adults) by 42 percent.

Great tip. I was recently diagnosed with mild cataracts. So information like this is very useful.

Keep up the good work.

Happy trails.

That omelet sure looks yummy! I love eating eggs, specially for breakfast but didn't know of that it can benefit my eyes too... too bad for my son since he's allergic :(
