Can't sleep?  End your day with carbs.  People who ate a bedtime snack of bread or warm buttered jasmine rice fell asleep faster -- within 9 to 20 minutes of hitting the sheets -- and slept more soundly than those who didn't eat.  Carbs boost the production of serotonin and melatonin, researchers say.  These are the neurotranmitters that induce drowsiness.
