I like the idea and act of renovation. The maintenance of buildings can seem way under-rated (compared to the building of them and the pulling down of others)!

Something could easily get broken if you fell off that ladder!
i bet the building would looked fabulous when it has finished completed.
When it's worthwhile renovation is always good, especially on old buildings !
