One year of hard work and nothing to show for it. That's how long I've suffered from working out without results. My thyroid must have slept after I quit smoking and no matter how much I exercise and eat so little, nothing happened. I'm thinking of weight loss pills and someone recommend an all natural diet pills. I'm game to try because this might jump start weight loss. I'm not ditching the workout though because I'd still like my muscles toned if I lose weight.
