Did You Know?


Green beans fight inflammation.  There are compounds in these veggies that have strong antioxidants and anti-inflammatory actions.  These then prevents the oxidation of LDL cholesterol to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.  The extract from green beans also inhibit the action of an enzyme that's known to cause inflammation.
