Review: Ozeri Touch II Digital Kitchen Scale

I got really excited when my new kitchen gadget arrived on my doorstep. Now I can evenly divide my meats before storing them in the freezer. This will also be a great help in my food portioning scheme. I'm trying to cut down on my food intake in order for me to lose weight.

Product Description

Industry exclusive scale features Microban antimicrobial product protection that helps prevent the growth of stain and odor-causing bacteria Boasts 2 touch sensitive buttons, 4 high precision sensors, a large Blue Backlit screen and a capacity range of 0.1 oz. to 11.2 lbs. or 1 g to 5100 g Award-winning thin design is infused with Microban antimicrobial technology to provide an added level of protection that won't ever wear away Precise tare button subtracts the container weight for the net ingredient weight; easy unit button instantly converts from lb./oz., kg/g, fl.oz., to ml Includes 2 Lithium Batteries and an Easy Access Battery Compartment (no screwdriver needed)

My Thoughts

It's sleek and thin, unlike the old, big kitchen scale that I used to have. The screen is bright enough and the numbers are large, so it's easy for me to read the measurements even without my glasses. It's easy to use and clean. The buttons are sensitive, so you don't have to press hard to change the units. Another plus is it is infused with Microban Antimicrobial technology that protects the scale from bacteria growth.

Pros

It's digital and it gives you the most accurate measurements. There is no dial to adjust when measuring food in containers. The tare button subtracts the weight of the container, so you only get the precise weight of the food.

Cons

I honestly didn't find anything that I didn't like about the kitchen scale.

Recommendation

It's user friendly. Even those who are not used to using digital gadgets would find the Ozeri ZK13-5PW Touch II Professional Digital Kitchen Scale easy to use. This would make a perfect gift, especially that Mother's Day is right around the corner.

The Ozeri Touch II Digital Kitchen Scale can be purchased on Amazon for $29.20. For more information about the product, please visit the Ozeri website or like and follow them on Facebook.
