For Men, 40 and Older

What is prostate cancer? It is a disease in which cancer develops in the prostate. According to wikipeda, it occurs when cells of the prostrate mutate and begin to multiply out of control. Prostate cancer may cause pain, difficulty in urinating and erectile dysfunction. According to the American Cancer Society, prostate cancer is least common among Asian men and most common among black men, with figures for white men in-between. It develops most frequently in men over fifty. This cancer can only occur in men, as the prostate is exclusively of the male reproductive tract.

I have read in an article that men who ejaculates up to 21 times in a month is far from having prostate cancer, compared to those who have 4 to 7 times. Having as many as 21 times lessens the risk and has the potential to remove carcinogenic cells in a man's body. For men, 40 years and older, it is advised to include fish high in omega-3 (like tuna and salmon) in your diet. Omega-3 contains antioxidants which help fight cancer-causing cells. Eating sardines at least 2 times in a week may also help lower the risk of having prostate cancer.
