When buying or eating junk foods, it is better to check on the nutritional value at the back of the package. Check on the sugar, salt and fat contents. Candies, gums, sweet desserts, salty foods, chips, fried fast food and carbonated drinks are some of the major fast foods. Hamburgers and french fries are also perceived as junk foods.
