The best way to keep your hamburgers juicy on the grill is to make sure you are using freshly ground beef. The patties should be patted lightly when forming them. Over handling the meat will male it tough. Never press down the burgers with a spatula. Doing so will squeeze out all their juices. Grill them over moderately hot fire, brushing them with mayonnaise or a little soy sauce during grilling, to get good crusts.
