When you're feeling really tired and you still have tons of things to do, don't just sulk and worry about the things to be done. You can sidestep this by sitting comfortably in a chair keeping your back upright. Close your eyes or rest your gaze on a single spot in front of you. Breathe through your nose. Try to feel it as it enters and leaves your nostrils. Your mind may wander but gently bring your thought back to breathing. You may feel sleepy so avoid trying this during your low-energy times like after meals. Studies show that when you focus your attention inward for 20 minutes a day, it helps decrease anxiety. Practicing this medication for 5 days can help you achieve high energy.
