Food Friday: Green Tea



My favorite ice cream! I truly enjoy FIC's [Fruit in Ice Cream] green tea flavored ice cream. Last week I went grocery shopping and couldn't resist the ice cream when I passed by their booth. Many people may not like the taste but green tea provides us with many health benefits and several studies show that green tea helps protect against cancer.

I haven't had it before, but it looks so good. Hot weather always makes me think of ice cream. I will have to try it out.

i tried green tea ice cream in a mall and couldn't get used to the authentic ones. but the ones that are lighter in green tea flavour are alright for me. the japanese based kiosk sells them and quite expensive too.

This is the first time that I have ever even heard of green tea ice cream. What a neat idea. I'll have to remember to be on the lookout for this the next time I'm at the grocery store.
