Loud and Clear

A good way to keep our hearing crystal clear is to use cotton swabs to rid our ears of wax buildup, right? WRONG! These swabs does just the opposite. It pushes the wax down into the ear canal and can diminish your hearing. Instead of inserting the swab inside your ear canal, simply wipe the opening with the swab. Or just leave your ears alone so wax can dry up and fall out on its own.
