Anne's Dilemma

My neighbor Anne, is only 38 and she already has high blood pressure. Her doctor said she should be thankful because with her weight, she could have a stroke just walking across the street. That's when she seriously thought about her weight. Her doc recommended liposuction, but for her, that wasn't an option. So I helped her research on different diet programs. She even thought of taking diet pills, another friend told her that some of the best weight loss supplements really work. I told her there's nothing really wrong about taking the pills, but with the seriousness of her weight, I told her to ask for her doctor's advise. We should know first if it's safe for her health.
