And when talks about diet pills come up, Phentermine 37.5 seems to top the list. They say it's perfect for women with very stubborn fat. I've been tempted (many times!) to try it but after hearing negative talks about it, I'm so glad I didn't. I should be content with the less than two pounds a month... at least I'm still shedding off the pounds.

Eating more vegies and less animal protein works wonders for me. I feel good and lose weight the easy way. No strenuous exercises or starvation.
