Ever since I have stopped smoking 3 months ago, I have gained 10 pounds. I am still working out for 30 minutes a day but that doesn't seem to help. I hate that I want to eat every food in sight! I am getting desperate in shedding off the pounds. Maybe I should pair my workout exercises with women's weight loss pills. Been thinking about that because my metabolism is very slow, it's so hard to get the excess weight off. I'll check out some of these pills and see what will work for me.
