Want to speed up slimming the natural way?  Then eat asparagus.  The yummy spears are supper filling without the bloat factor.  Asparagus contains inulin, a fiber that improves gastrointestinal health and helps metabolize nutrients to curb hunger.  Plus, the amino acid asparagine also helps flush out fat-storing toxins.  Eat more asparagus and you're on your way to slim.


I wish I can tell that to my husband. Eat asparagus hon and you'll burn those fat away. :(
