Being rich in vitamin A, cabbage is said to be very good for your eyes as well as your skin.

Good info I didnt know before that cabbage reduces cancer risk. Thanks for sharing. I have a point to share ? Drinking cabbage juice regularly reduces weight.

Thanks for this info. It seems that it does all sorts of good things. I love cabbage but don't eat it that often. I guess I will have to eat more.
