Steer Clear Of These Oils

The biggest diet wreckers are partially hydrogenated oil, hydrogenated oil, vegetable shortening, high-fructose corn syrup and trans fats.  Most foods we like contain these "bad oils" and if we continue to have them in high amounts, even fda approved diet pills won't work to shed off pounds.  Diet pills do work but you've got to help them too.  Taking them does not give you the license to splurge.
