I wrote an article about apples. You would not believe how beneficial they are.

Apples are always yummy as snacks! Chop of a couple differnt kinds of apples, douse in lemon juice, and enjoy apple 'slaw'. Great treat if you are in a situation where chomping on a whole apple doesn't work as well.
