As a single mom, Roanne is trying to make both ends meet with the meager salary she is getting as a call center agent. During her free time, she bakes cookies and sells them for additional income. Roanne has no formal education for event management but she is great at organizing. When she heard from a friend that event management jobs were offered at the job fair near their place; she submitted her resume. Roanne was lucky because she was immediately scheduled for interview. After a series of interviews; she was asked to submit all the requirements needed because she was accepted. She now works as an events planner; has learned how to use an Event Management Software; and enjoys a very attractive salary.
