When my cousin heard that I have not been losing weight despite my efforts to diet and exercise daily, she sent me her best yoga dvd to try. She said it worked for her and it might work for me too. What's great about yoga is that it made her body limber. She used to be awkward and unsteady and she was often teased for that, but now she's more steady and does not easily trip. Well, it wouldn't hurt me to try especially that my diet and exercise program is not working. I am hoping that through yoga, I will achieve health and balance.
