Doodling Boosts Pep

A jam-packed to do list will most likely leave you feeling mentally and physically drained. What to do? Try spending at least 10 seconds, drawing a zig zag design on a piece of paper.

Health experts say making the repeated zig zag motion with your hand and viewing the sharp, dynamic angle signals the brain to increase energy levels, triggering the release of adrenaline and raising the heart rate. The resulting burst of vigor and motivation will help power you through your busy day.
