I love wholemeal breads and especially malted wheat! They are so yummy after being lightly toasted!
I know it's sinful but it goes really well with nutella!!!

This is certainly something new to me. Great way to beat stress and not to mention it's healthy too. Usually what I would do to reduce stress is by working out or listening to music. Now there will be another alternative. Thanks for the tip!
