Curly Orange Peel

Need curly peels to garnish your desserts? Use a paring knife to peel orange strips, then wrap it to a straw and lock it with a pin. Place it in ice water for 20 to 30 minutes, the curls will be garnish-ready by then.

That is SUCH a good idea! Thanks for sharing that. I read your profile and you're a crossstitcher. I love cross stitching but I have carpal tunnel syndrome and that movement of gripping /releasing the needle, etc. doesn't work well for me so I haven't done it for a while. I have oodles of cute holiday themed kits to finish one day.
