When you stick out your tongue in front of the mirror, do you a white layer covering the top of your tongue? That's plaque and it's caused by leftover food debris and bacteria. Though it is not harmful, experts say, it does interfere with your sense of taste. To get rid of it, use a tongue scraper or a soft-bristled toothbrush and scrub your tongue twice daily. Chewing on a celery or a piece of hard bread can also do the job.

~Have an Egg-ceptional and Eggs-traordinary Easter~
have a good week ahead!
On another note - I use two types of toothbrush - a large soft-bristled one for sensitive teeth and a child's toothbrush. It's surprising how many other areas of the mouth the child's toothbrush appears to get to and clean that the adult one misses!
A very Happy Easter to you Liza ... thank goodness that Spring is now supposedly on the way for I have had enough of Winter this year!
